By accessing or using DocFetch ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
DocFetch is an automated document collection service. You provide a list of recipients and the documents you need; DocFetch contacts those recipients by email on your behalf, follows up automatically, and delivers the collected materials to you.
DocFetch is intended for standard business document collection (W-9 forms, certificates of insurance, business licenses, signed agreements, vendor onboarding documents, receipts, bios, and similar materials).
You must not use DocFetch to request, collect, or process sensitive personal information including but not limited to Social Security numbers, government-issued identification, medical records, full financial statements, tax returns, bank statements, or any information subject to HIPAA, GDPR, or other data protection regulations — unless you are on a plan that explicitly enables such document types.
By submitting a request, you represent that you have a lawful basis for requesting the documents and that all recipients have a reasonable expectation of receiving your communication.
You assume full responsibility for any data submitted to or collected through the Service. DocFetch is not responsible for the content of documents collected on your behalf.
Access to DocFetch is currently invite-only. You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, at our sole discretion, pose a risk to other users or to the Service.
The Service operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit = $1 USD. Credits are consumed as the Service processes your requests. Monthly subscription plans include a credit balance that refreshes each billing period.
All purchases are final. Credits and subscription fees are non-refundable once purchased or charged, regardless of whether the credits were used.
Subscription plans automatically renew each month. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits included with your plan do not roll over after cancellation.
Personal inbox addresses are deactivated 14 days after a subscription expires or is cancelled.
DocFetch stores email correspondence and document metadata for up to 30 days to support follow-up and delivery. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Email content processed through the Service may be temporarily retained on infrastructure operated by our providers (AgentMail, Anthropic, Supabase). By using the Service you consent to this processing.
You are responsible for ensuring that recipients of DocFetch communications have consented to receive email from you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RECIPIENTS WILL RESPOND TO OR RECEIVE DOCFETCH EMAILS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOCFETCH AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, FAILED DOCUMENT COLLECTION, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT, OR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY RECIPIENTS OF DOCFETCH EMAILS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the federal or state courts of the United States, as applicable.
